Frequently Asked Questions
Is this only for podcasts?
No—use it for product videos, YouTube videos, lead magnets, course modules, and social clips too.
How many people can I bring?
1–4 on‑mic in the room. No Spectators. We are currently trialling 1-2 people, then we will open up for 1-4 spaces, permitting.
Do I get an operator?
Yes, as we are providing content days, you get the chance to hang out with us. We are trialing AI auto switching but this is beta at the moment,
Do you do editing?
You will get an output of the content. If auto-switching is used, then the output would have camera angles. However, Full edits/clip packs are optional add‑ons (quoted on request).
Can I bring a remote guest?
It depends on the content you are creating. We have limited space. If you are creating solo content, then yes, you can bring a guest. If you are doing a podcast, then we only have a max space for 4 people.
Reschedules & cancellations?
We are currently trialling Foundation Beta, where you get lower rates while we trial and tweak our setup. We have content days which you would book in advance and turn up on the day. If you need to reschedule, this is feasible.
What video files do I get?
By default, we deliver high-quality Full HD video files (1080p), optimised for how content is most commonly viewed today — on mobile phones, tablets, social platforms, and the web.
You’ll receive clean, ready-to-edit video files that are ideal for podcasts, short-form clips, websites, courses, and online marketing. This approach keeps file sizes manageable and makes editing and uploading faster, without compromising visual quality.
You get 1 main video file which is multi camera and you get each cameras individual file too so you can edit should you need to.
If you require 4K video files, this is available on request for an additional cost. Please let us know before your session so we can configure the cameras and recording workflow accordingly.
Why we default to 1080p (and why it’s usually the better choice)
Our studio is built around professional broadcast hardware designed to deliver the best real-world results, not just the biggest numbers on paper. While 4K sounds appealing, producing and managing multiple 4K camera feeds dramatically increases processing load, storage requirements, and file sizes — often without any noticeable benefit for most viewers.
Platforms like YouTube, social media, and live streaming services are still primarily optimised for 1080p, which offers excellent image quality, faster editing, smoother uploads, and reliable performance across mobile and desktop devices.
By defaulting to 1080p, we ensure a more stable recording environment, cleaner workflow, and content that’s easier to edit, share, and publish — which ultimately helps creators get their content out faster and more efficiently.
4K recording is available on request for specialised use cases, but for the vast majority of podcasts and online content, 1080p is the smarter, more practical choice.
Do you do editing too?
In short, yes. We can provide editing services at an additional cost based on what you need.
On the day, we use AI switcher technology for the main output file. So you get one main multi-camera video file and each camera's individual file, so you can edit if needed.
